Enjoy My Book on the Go! Now Lots of eBook Options!

Although I still LOVE the feel of a book in my hands...turning the pages, folding the corners (I know I shouldn't), I understand nowadays that people love to download their books and take them wherever they go.
I am so happy I could make that happen for you! "I Got Laid Off, Traveled and Wrote This Story" is now available for download on Kindle, iTunes, Nook and more here on Smashwords.
I just hope you enjoy it and laugh and smile whether you turn the page or scroll down. :)

Thank you!!

Highlights From My 1st Book Reading & Signing!

Last night was my 1st book reading & signing in my home of Florence, Italy.

It was such a great time, although nerve wracking!
If I had written a fictional book, then I would have been reading about characters. But, my book is about me, first person, so it was so strange reading a book about me aloud!

But, it was great practice and I hope to do this again (maybe with a band!!)

Here is a link if you'd like to read a snippet for yourself
Just in time for your summer reading list!

Thank you!!!

If Your Dreams Do Not Scare You...

...They're Not Big Enough! What do you all think of that? (That is ME, by the way!) This pose used to scare me. Change used to scare me. Being alone used to scare me. Writing my first book was scary. Not because of the content, but how others might react. And that's ok. It is that bit of fear that pushes me along to be the best that I can. Everyday!
Today, I am #70,869 on Amazon Kindle!

The title was the best..."Stop it Hurts!"

Thank you reader Beth!! I can't wait for you to read my 2nd book, although I do not want to hurt you anymore!

A Labor of Love...My Book is Now Published!!

I am so excited to finally and officially announce that my first book, I Got Laid Off, Traveled and Wrote This Book has been published!
I am such a mixed-bag of emotions at this moment.
Happy, proud, nervous....
Will anyone read it? Will I offend people? Will my Dad be mad at me after learning I ate pot brownies in Amsterdam?
Will a friend from High School be ok that I highlighted a few of our dalliances during our reunion?

Well, in the end, I did it for me. I accomplished a goal and I am proud of myself. And that feeling is well, priceless.

Happy Reading!
