If Your Dreams Do Not Scare You...

...They're Not Big Enough! What do you all think of that? (That is ME, by the way!) This pose used to scare me. Change used to scare me. Being alone used to scare me. Writing my first book was scary. Not because of the content, but how others might react. And that's ok. It is that bit of fear that pushes me along to be the best that I can. Everyday!

Today, I am #70,869 on Amazon Kindle!

My First 5-Star Review!

I was so excited to see my first review online on Amazon for "I Got Laid Off, Traveled and Wrote This Story."

The title was the best..."Stop it Hurts!"

Thank you reader Beth!! I can't wait for you to read my 2nd book, although I do not want to hurt you anymore!

My Book Now on Nook & Kobo!

An adorable reader sent this to me! Makes me smile so much!

Some of you have written me and said you do not have a Kindle, but still wish to read my book. This just warms me from the inside out!
Now, you can find my book on Nook and also Kobo.
Write me and tell me what you think of my debut book. I am working on the second and could use some feedback!

Thank you
shari

Doing a Little Yoga in the Bamboo!

During a gorgeous hike through Mill Valley, California my friends and I discovered a little magical walkway filled with tall, green bamboo stalks. What a perfect backdrop for some yoga!

Bamboo Yoga!

Every Person, Every Place Has Shaped Who I am Today

Every person, every place has shaped who I am today...
From my incredible, caring, intelligent and amazing parents to my students in yoga to my brave girlfriends who are single, loving parents.
If I hadn't met any of you, I wouldn't be exactly where I am today. I am forever luck and forever grateful! (I am saying this with all sincerity in the hopes that you won't be mad at me after reading my book!)
