From my incredible, caring, intelligent and amazing parents to my students in yoga to my brave girlfriends who are single, loving parents.
If I hadn't met any of you, I wouldn't be exactly where I am today. I am forever luck and forever grateful! (I am saying this with all sincerity in the hopes that you won't be mad at me after reading my book!)

A Labor of Love...My Book is Now Published!!

I am so excited to finally and officially announce that my first book, I Got Laid Off, Traveled and Wrote This Book has been published!
I am such a mixed-bag of emotions at this moment.
Happy, proud, nervous....
Will anyone read it? Will I offend people? Will my Dad be mad at me after learning I ate pot brownies in Amsterdam?
Will a friend from High School be ok that I highlighted a few of our dalliances during our reunion?

Well, in the end, I did it for me. I accomplished a goal and I am proud of myself. And that feeling is well, priceless.
